Μέσα από την εφαρμογή
Όλες οι επιλογές υποστήριξης είναι διαθέσιμες και απευθείας μέσα στο app:
- Υποστήριξη: Λογαριασμός → Support
- Αναφορά bug ή πρότασης: Λογαριασμός → Reports
- Διαγραφή λογαριασμού: Λογαριασμός → κύλιση μέχρι κάτω → Delete Account
Επικοινωνία μέσω email
Στείλε μας email και θα σου απαντήσουμε εντός 24–48 ωρών (εργάσιμες ημέρες).
Συχνές ερωτήσεις
Πώς δημιουργώ λογαριασμό;
Κατέβασε την εφαρμογή από το App Store ή το Google Play, άνοιξέ την και ακολούθησε τα βήματα εγγραφής με το email σου.
Πώς ακυρώνω τη συνδρομή μου;
iOS: Ρυθμίσεις iPhone → Apple ID → Συνδρομές → Calix → Ακύρωση.
Android: Google Play → Προφίλ → Πληρωμές & συνδρομές → Συνδρομές → Calix → Ακύρωση.
Επαναφορά κωδικού πρόσβασης
Στην οθόνη εισόδου πάτησε «Ξέχασα τον κωδικό» και θα λάβεις email με σύνδεσμο επαναφοράς.
Διαγραφή λογαριασμού
Μπορείς να διαγράψεις τον λογαριασμό σου απευθείας από την εφαρμογή: Λογαριασμός → κύλιση μέχρι κάτω → Delete Account. Περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες στη σελίδα Διαγραφή Λογαριασμού.
Αναφορά bug ή πρότασης
Ο πιο γρήγορος τρόπος είναι μέσα από την εφαρμογή: Λογαριασμός → Reports. Εναλλακτικά στείλε email στο support@calix.gr με συσκευή, έκδοση εφαρμογής και screenshots.

How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open it and follow the sign-up steps with your email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Calix → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Calix → Cancel.
Reset password
On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and you'll receive an email with a reset link.
Delete account
You can delete your account directly from the app: Account → scroll all the way down → Delete Account. More details on the Delete Account page.
Report a bug or suggestion
The fastest way is from inside the app: Account → Reports. You can also email us at support@calix.gr with device, app version and screenshots.
