Assisted Pull-Up
Description
The Assisted Pull-Up is a compound vertical pulling exercise performed on a machine with a counterweight platform or by using resistance bands. It mimics the mechanics of a standard pull-up but reduces the total weight you have to lift, making it an excellent tool for building functional strength and perfecting your technique.
