Description
Belt Squat: a squat variation done with a belt attached to a loading machine or platform so the weight is supported at the hips instead of on the spine. It mainly trains the quads and glutes, with much less lower-back fatigue than a barbell squat. Use a full range of motion, keep the torso upright, and drive through the mid-foot.
