Band Terminal Knee extension
Description
This is an end range strengthening exercise for the knee extensors. Start by looping a band around the back of one knee and anchoring the other end to a stable surface in front of you. Stand in a split stance with the banded knee bent and placed as the front leg. Straighten the knee to pull against the bands resistance and maintain a contraction in your quadriceps for up to 5 seconds before releasing.
