Banded Ankle Mobility
Description
Anchor a resistance band low behind you, for example at the bottom of a rack, and loop it around the front of your ankle, just above the foot.
Get into a half-kneeling position with the banded foot in front, so that the band pulls your ankle backwards.
Keeping your heel on the floor, drive your knee forward over your toes, then return under control. Repeat for several reps and switch sides.
