V-Up - Mark Lauren
Description
One of the best exercises for the rectus abdominis muscles. Lie on your back with your legs straight and your arms close to your sides. Lift your head off the floor and raise your legs and arms about 15 centimeters off the floor. Your palms should face down, and look up at the ceiling. Now bend your legs and at the same time sit up so that your knees and chest almost touch. Only your buttocks are still on the floor. Your arms are now extended at shoulder height. Then slowly return to the starting position with your arms and legs extended and your head raised.
